You may request a return or exchange if:
The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
The item is free from stains, odors, or damage
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Sale or discounted items
Innerwear, socks, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Customized or altered items
Exceptions apply only if the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted only in the following cases:
Incorrect item received
Size issue
Manufacturing defect
Damaged item upon delivery
Customers must provide clear images or videos as proof.
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact us at support@crossfusion.com within 7 days of delivery
Share your order number, return reason, and images (if applicable)
Once approved, you will receive return instructions
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
Only one exchange per order is allowed
If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered
Refunds are processed after quality inspection
Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days
Refunds are made to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake is from Cross Fusion
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
In case of defective or incorrect items, Cross Fusion will cover return shipping
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed
Cross Fusion reserves the right to refuse returns if:
The policy is misused
Items show signs of wear or damage
Multiple excessive return requests are made
